No elevators or waiting to get to the beach, no hordes of strangers - just a little bit of paradise. Beautiful peaceful 'Laguna Beach, est. 1936'... directly on Front Beach Road across from the warm Gulf of Mexico and magnificent sunsets! Gorgeous 180 deg unobstructed view of gulf but only a short distance from all the downtown action.
We take great pride in our home. Sit on the patio or deck and read a book. We have rocking chairs inside and out. Watch the sunset from the sun room or the front yard. Swim the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, stroll the pristine white sandy beach, or kick back and relax. Enjoy cooking in the full kitchen or outdoor grill with dining on the outdoor patio and watch while the kids play in the large front yard with plenty of room for badminton. Also enjoy a large screen TV with satellite, including player.

The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach and Thomas donuts next door is a wonderful plus! The house is amazing! Everything you need for a wonderful vacation!! We have stayed here twice and never been disappointed! Can’t wait for the next trip!!

I stayed here 7 years ago and had no issues. This time I was very disappointed when I arrived. It was very apparent the no one had cleaned the property prior to our arrival. None of the beds were made up. Sheets were left in the washing machine after a cycle had been run and they had soured. Had to be rewashed. There was rodent feces all in the folds of the pull-out sofa in the living room. I didn’t bother to contact anyone because I can wash laundry and make beds myself and simply just wanted to unpack and relax. That couch needs to be burned. Not enough toilet paper in the house…because it was apparent housekeeping had not showed up prior to us checking in at 4:00PM. Outdoor storage was a mess! Overall the property needs be be updated. Great location in PCB however.
