About this house rental
Vitamin Sea is a five bedroom, four bath home located less than 200 feet from dedicated beach access. The top floor has ocean views and a large deck that covers the entire front section of the house and the side. There is no need to drive to the beach. Simply walk to the beach access or sit on the deck and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The top floor has a fully renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and living area with ocean views. The master also has views outside the French doors that open to the deck. An additional guest bedroom and bathroom are upstairs alongside a master bathroom.
The bottom floor has three bedrooms and an additional living area with a TV perfect for setting up a gaming system for the kids. One bedroom has two full size beds, one bedroom has a queen bed with it’s own bathroom, and the third room is a bunk room with a full bottom bunk below a twin. A downstairs bathroom has double vanities and a tub.

Located on the west side of Panama City Beach in the Laguna Beach Community, Vitamin Sea is situated in one of the most desirable areas of the beach. Dedicated Beach access provides quick beach access and a clear view from the deck while amenities and entertainment options are close by.
Pier Park, with its many restaurants, bars, and shopping options is just three and a half miles from the property and we are conveniently located just three blocks away from the Carousel Market (a neighborhood grocery store) and a half mile from Thomas Donuts.

Stayed one week with 8 adults and 3 children (ages 10 months, 3 & 4 yr old) and 2 dogs. House was spaced out for everyone to be comfortable. Little complaint of the need of more mixing bowls to help prep food. Host was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation house. Plenty of sleeping and relax space. Nice huge deck with grill to bbq and watch the sunset. The beach is a very short walk and of course it was gorgeous. We did not need to call the host for anything but it was nice of him to check in. Lovely spot.

The house was just as described with accurate pictures. The ocean view from the top deck of the house was awesome! We were so close to the beach that my 80 year old mother in law could walk there. The beach wasn’t crowded and the sunsets were amazing! The house had everything we needed and we were able to prepare several meals there. The host communicated well and was very friendly! We would definitely stay again!
