Our “new” go to place has been found!!! This spot is rite in the middle of all the action but not in the middle of all the action do to its perfect location just a mile or two outside of PC. We were in one of the ground level units which was perfect for the wife and I and two pups. Already planning a return trip at the end of summer.

Start with the good parts: beach access is great. The owner response time and communication is excellent. Now the not so good part: parking is a disaster, we had to pay to park sometimes, or double park. Access to decent restaurants is no less than 25 minutes away. If you think you are close to Panama City or 30A, you are not. Same price, way different crowd. The house is comfortable to shower and sleep in only.
