DETAILS: La Vida Loca is a gorgeous 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom Gulf-front vacation home in beautiful Panama City Beach. The sugar-soft sands and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast are always just steps away—and all of the land-based excitement is nearby as well. Guests will enjoy the 6-seat Low-Speed Vehicle, 5 adult bikes, 2 paddleboards, and complimentary beach gear, allowing you to explore all that the area has to offer!
La Vida Loca has 4 stories and can accommodate up to 14 guests. The first floor features 2 king bedrooms that share a bath with a shower/tub combo. Steps away is a large ground-level deck with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating and spectacular views of the Gulf. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea as the sun comes up, or a barbecue when the sun goes down.
The living area is on the second floor. Here you’ll find a gourmet kitchen with high-end stainless-steel appliances, plenty of counter space for meal preparation, and a breakfast bar that seats 4. Guests can enjoy their meals at the large 10-seat dining table adjacent to the kitchen. Steps away is a laundry room and half bath.
Access to a balcony with sweeping Gulf views can be found off the kitchen and dining areas. The living room offers two sofas, 4 comfortable armchairs, a fireplace, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and a wet bar, making it the perfect place to gather for vacation movie night. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow for abundant natural light.
The third floor boasts 3 cozy bedrooms. There is a spacious primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bath with a shower and separate jacuzzi tub, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and access to a balcony overlooking the Gulf. Great property I gave four stars on cleanliness and description accuracy because there was some trash left on the balconies upon our arrival but one call to the management company and they sent someone over right away to get it all cleared up and four stars on accurate description furniture was different on the patio outside but was not a major deal. Thete also could’ve been more towel hangers in the master bathroom. There was really nowhere to put your towels once you got out of the shower but two little hooks over-all the property was amazing would recommend.

Dishwasher needs repair and golf cart brake not working. Property close to Public beach access. Some people not respectful of house renters space.
Otherwise, the house was good for our family of 11.

The house is great. Just felt it was run like a business with no personal touch. Kitchen is not equipped but bedrooms are very comfortable and balconies are amazing. Grill is worn out and needs to be replaced
