LOCATION
Laguna Beach is a beach paradise. Guests can soak up the sun on the stunning sands, take a walk along the pier, go for a swim or surf in the warm waters, hone their SUP and kayaking skills, and explore the excellent shops and restaurants the area has to offer.
After a day at the beach, the property offers more outdoor living for evening barbecues and night swimming, or a clean and comfortable space to relax like you would at home.
It’s also worth noting that the property’s prime location is only a 15 minute drive from the breath-taking 30A, known around the USA for its stretch of white sand beaches, sand dunes, clear waters and uniquely beautiful Florida beach towns.

ACCOMMODATION
Living area: Step into our light and airy open concept living area with doors which lead out to the private swimming pool. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, with two comfy sofas and a 55” HDTV to keep up with your favorite series.
A contemporary dining table in the main living area overlooks the pool and seats eight guests for informal dining.
Kitchen: The open plan kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with everything you need to cater for the whole family, and a breakfast island with seating for four, where you can eat or prepare dinner over a glass of wine with friends.
Outdoors: The private and secluded pool area is surrounded by lush greenery and tropical plants, an outdoor shower is also provided, and the outdoor seating area is great for enjoying a meal or drinks with friends and family. Double garage and driveway.

Bedrooms:
There are four bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa and 2 twin rollaway beds in the communal areas.

Bedroom one: The principal suite features a King-size bed and two further roll-away single beds, which you’ll find in the closet, TV, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The entire house is available for guest use.

Small quiet neighborhood! Within 10-15 minutes from Seaside/Rosemary beach. Our house is a 5 minute walk to the beach.
