This house was great for my family. It has 6 rooms and 4 bathrooms. It also has an outdoor shower. We had 10 adults and one 2 year old. This house is maybe half a block to the beach. Easy walk and straight to the beach entrance. House had a canoe, kayaks, fishing poles, kids toys. Only thing I would include is Tupperware in kitchen and kids plates/cups. Other than that it was perfect!

My family enjoyed the stay.. Definitely felt like home..it was 13 of us and it was the perfect spot for all of us.

Great property for multi generational family. The walk to the beach was so easy and mornings and evenings on the deck watching the pond peaceful.
Kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms are large with plenty of space for a pack and play. The downstairs room got cold our last night. But we never looked to see if there is a thermostat downstairs.
If traveling with someone with mobility issues be aware this property has alpt of stairs, so
large with plenty of space for extas like
