Amazing location, so close to the beach and in the middle of the center. Batumi Mall is 50 m from the apartment. Exchange offices are everywhere. Big rooms and comfortable beds. Internet Tv and there are everything in the kitchen. Really good scene at the balcony. And also so clean.

After arriving to Batumi we had 2 bad experiences with a different hotels with a really not adequate and creepy owners. So apartment of Genri was a true salvation for us. Big clean apartment in a good location with a kind and helping owner this is about Genri apartment. Very good for a traveling company!
I didn't like a paid elevator but this is just a local tradition in Georgia

Die Wohnung ist groß und nah am Strand gelegen. Theoretisch können dort 5 Personen übernachten.
Kommunikation mit Vermieter sehr schlecht. Antworten blieben aus oder erfolgten in Georgisch, obwohl Englisch und Russisch angegeben waren. Georgisch lässt sich mit Translatern nur äußerst schlecht übersetzen. Internet war nach wenigen Tagen tot, auf unsere Nachfrage keine Reaktion. Zum Check-Out sollten wir den Schlüssel in einem kleinen Laden abgeben. Die konnten damit nichts anfangen.
