The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for a short stay. The location is very convenient — right in front of McDonald’s, with malls and restaurants nearby, and just a 5-minute walk to the sea. There is an elevator, and the terrace even offers a partial sea view. Inside, you’ll find useful amenities such as dishes, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and linen. The overall quality-to-price ratio is good.

There are some downsides. The windows are poorly insulated, so street noise can be quite loud, which might be a problem for light sleepers. For four guests, only one key was provided, which made it difficult to coordinate since the key is required for both the entrance and the elevator. In addition, toilet paper wasn’t stocked, and the absence of a vacuum cleaner made cleaning during the stay less convenient.

Отличное расположение: близко море, город, всё под рукой. Отличная хозяйка: посуда, мебель, оборудование, вода, чистота- всё устраивало 🙂

Место рассчитано больше для троих, для четвёртого маловато места, жёсткий диван🤔

Location was very convenient, extremally close to the beach and every facility one might need. View of the beach was very beautiful. Hostess is kind and attentive. apartment is comfortable and clean.
