+ La atención y el servicio por parte de los trabajadores fue de diez. + La habitación era amplia y además de ventilador y aire acondicionado, tenía nevera. + El desayuno era maravilloso y cada día variaba un poco. Fuimos para 3 noches y nos quedamos 5, lo recomiendo

- El mantenimiento de la piscina y el agua, no nos pareció el mejor, el agua estaba algo sucia (no me refiero solo a bichos u hojas, sino a que estaba algo turbia).

It's a beautiful little hotel with great facilities, including a pool. All the staff were super proactive and helpful and try to meet all your expectations if they can. The manager Wasim was a super friendly and helpful person who made my stay feel like home. Their breakfast was huge, and they had an SL option or European continental including sandwiches, pancakes, eggs, cakes, fruits, etc. They also have an alarca menu to purchase should you wish to. This little hotel is a gem in Trincomalee, and the staff are working super hard to make guests stay a pleasure able one.
