Great location, staff very helpful, made great local recommendations and resolved an issue with the AC quickly. Nice porch of the cabana to sit on in the evening.

Beautiful cabanas tucked off the beaten track but still very close to the centre of upuvelli and everything you need! All of the staff were amazing! So helpful and attentive

The cabana was excellent. As described, if not better. Really comfy bed, fridge in the room and amazing aircon. The breakfast was fantastic! 5 min walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars within minutes. Neville was excellent. Great communication even before we arrived. Recommended great places to eat and arranged our onward travel for us. Thank you!!
Wifi wasn’t great so we ended up just using our data. Not a problem at all but worth noting.

Location of the property was perfect. Five minute walk to the beach and within minutes of multiple restaurants and cafes. The property owner and Vani (lady taking care of the property) were lovely to deal with. Rooms were a great size with plenty of hanging space and bathroom was clean and good size. Property itself was well kept – great character.
I found the foam mattress to be quite uncomfortable - possibly due to its age? I also found that whilst the location of the property in the village was interesting, it also meant that there was a lot of noise at night. Sri Lankan neighbours were up until late in the night living their lives in a very loud way, and the village dogs were howling, whining and barking throughout the night. Unfortunately, this extremely adversely affected my sleep.
