Very good location in the centre of the Town island. The host was very friendly.

We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. The apartment was beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, with great attention to every detail, making it feel both stylish and very cosy. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and we especially enjoyed our spacious terrace, where we spent many relaxing evenings. Everything was spotlessly clean thanks to the daily housekeeping, which was truly excellent. The location was perfect – only a 3–4 minute walk to a beautiful beach and equally close to the centre of Koufonisia, yet peaceful and quiet. A special thank you to Katerina, who was such a kind and welcoming host. She picked us up from the port on arrival and drove us back on departure, which made everything so easy. Her warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome.

The place is nice, the room pretty big and we slept well.

The fotos were not the same as on booking. The balcony was different from what was on the picture. The host, who does respond the phone was not there, so that we had different incidents and had to call pretty often. We did not find the place, once there, they told us they would call us when the room was ready, what they never did. Then there was nobody when we came back for the keys. We had to call all the time what was annoying. The person who came did not really care about anything (it was not the couple who is in charge of the place), no help with the luggage, not very friendly. And in the morning there was no water. Way tooooo expensive (even for an expensive island). And it does feel bad that it´s sort of announced as a place run by a host but then it was less personal than any hotel.
