Fabulous/ perfect little studio - had everything we needed!

Perfect location right on the water, just far enough away from the village and closer to the better beaches. Private, large balcony , with comfy benches , table, chairs to take in the views/ sunsets etc. Small. but very practical kitchenette and bathroom.

Little paradise

The view is incredibly nice. the room is very clean. It is close to everything, while very calm. We had a private terrace with nice Greek decorations to enjoy the view and the tranquility. Wish to come back!

The rooms were beautifully furnished, fantastic courtyard, comfortable bed, clean and had everything you need to cook breakfast and make snacks. The owner went out of her way to meet our every need and was just the loveliest person. The location is fantastic - really private, 20 metres to the water and 5 - 15 min walk to excellent restaurants, the other beautiful beaches, as well as the main town

A perfect Gem of a holiday

Accommodation outstanding, everything even down to the taps and soft furnishings were top of the range, fantastic views from Windows, you can hear the sea. Host, Tatiana & Dimetre were so nice and helpful every step of the way. Will definitely be returning, can't speak highly enough. Thank you.

Best stay in Greece. The property is directly on the sea. Every morning you wake up to the sound of the waves, you open the window there is an amazing sea view. Location is perfect. Many beaches and local amenities are within walking distance. The host has great communication - we had some planned and unexpected changes to our travel plan, the host was very accommodating, responsive and helpful. She made sure she was available to pick us up at the port - which was another very nice touch. The property itself is recently refurbished and very clean. if you have read this much, I’d say definitely book it! Highly recommend!

Exceptional

Our ferry to Koufonisia was cancelled (completely unrelated to our stay), however, our host was monitoring the ferry schedule and contacted us to arrange a new pickup time at the port. They picked us up when our make-up ferry arrived and took us right to the hotel to check-in. The hotel was beautiful - steps from the water. We left our windows open and listened to the sounds of the Aegean as the waves lulled us to sleep. The room was perfect and the cleaning service brought us fresh linens and even washed our dishes! The entire island is walkable - great food and amazing beaches. Fanos Beach and Paralia Pori in particular are 10/10 perfect beaches. I can't wait to go back :-)

Honestly one of the best stays I've ever been on. Absolutely stunning location.

We were personally picked up at the ferry dock, where they were already waiting for us, and then driven individually straight to our apartment. They helped carry our stuff and made sure we were happy with everything. The location is absolutely fantastic, waking up to the sound of the ocean and going for a mornign dip is a must. Beautiful sunrise and sunset literally at our doors. All the ammenities were there, and a 5 min walk to all the restaurants. The host was also super helpful with helping with contacts and finding fun stuff to do around the island. Thanks so much for this dream holiday!

Dreamy studio

This place is heaven on earth. The studio has everything you could ask for, fully equipped, accurate interior details, a beautiful patio where you can eat or just relax watching the sunset. The breathtaking view when you wake up and you open the door has no equal. You fall asleep listening to the sound of the sea waves… everything is just perfect and so peaceful! Joanna, the host, gave a five star service, she made us a big favour helping us when we needed. I am leaving a peace of my heart there, but i will definitely be back soon!

Amazing

What an incredible stay. The location is idyllic, the sea is outside so if you wanted to, you can sit on the fabulous porch all day and swim whenever you wanted. The rooms were gorgeous, very comfortable with all you could need. We absolutely loved staying here and didn't want to leave. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Koufinisi.

There will likely never be a hotel that I stay at that I will love as much as I love this place. The feeling of sitting on the porch and listening to the waves crash with the gentle breeze hitting you <3 My experience here will stick with me forever. It is perfectly placed to be maybe 7 minutes walk to the main part of town and 10 minutes walk in the other direction to some fantastic beaches. The room has everything you could need, and the porch with its accompanying view is all you could wish for! 100000/10 - simply amazing !!!

Ich hatte die 12 schönsten Tage und Nächte überhaupt in diesem Paradies auf meiner liebsten Insel! Man ist ganz nah am Meer mit Wellenrauschen und den herrlichsten Sonnenaufgängen und Sonnenuntergängen direkt im Bett oder der Terrasse. Es wird jeden Tag gereinigt und alles ist blitzsauber. Die Küche gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Inhaber Familie. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Gutes Internet (für alle, die auch mal arbeiten müssen ;)). Ich komme definitiv wieder und vermisse es jetzt schon!

Propriétaire très sympa, disponible et généreux. Merci encore pour le cadeau de départ. La petite maison est parfaitement décorée, trop bien placée sur la plage et tout est parfait. Koufonissia est magique, cette île est un petit paradis et cette location aussi. Merci pour absolument tout, c'était merveilleux.

Palio Karnagio ist eine traumhafte Unterkunft direkt am Meer (ca 50m) mit völlig unverbautem Blick. Näher am Meer kann man kaum Übernachten und von der Terrasse will man sich gar nicht mehr wegbewegen. Alles ist so sauber, dass sich so manches bekanntes 5 Sterne Hotel eine Scheibe davon abschneiden könnte - und wird täglich gereinigt. Sowohl Joanna als auch die Reinigungskraft waren super liebe Menschen, die einem jede Hilfe anbieten. Der Likör, den Joannas Mutter macht, ist sehr lecker. Alles in allem ein perfektes Hosting. Vielen Dank an alle!

Malerischer Blick von der Terrasse in die Karibik

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus direkt am Meer gelegen. Man wird vom Hafen abgeholt und auch wieder hin gebracht. Das Ferienhaus bietet eine schöne Terrasse mit Blick auf das türkisblaue Meer und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Nun war ich schon zum 2. Mal dort und würde immer wieder dieses Haus buchen. In wenigen Minuten ist man im Ort und am Hafen und dort kann man Essen und Trinken gehen und durch die Ortschaft schlendern. Direkt in Ortsnähe gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand mit karibischem glasklaren türkisblauen Wasser mit Blick auf den Ort und die umliegende Inselwelt. In der anderen Richtung kann man wunderschön am Meer entlang laufen und trifft dann immer abwechselnd auf herrliche Strände und traumhafte Felsformationen am Karibik-Meer. Ein wahres Erlebnis dieser Spaziergang bis zum Pori-Strand. Auch verträumte Sonnenuntergänge kann man hier erleben, besonders schön zwischen Ort und Windmühle. Vielen Dank an das Ferienhaus für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt.

Ruhige Unterkunft mit großartigem Blick

Eine traumhafte Lage! 4 kleine Bungalows nebeneinander mit unglaublichem Meerblick und einschlafen mit Meeresrauschen. Die Zimmer sind für 2 Personen ausreichend groß, kleine Küchenzeile und Bad mit jeweils allem was man braucht. Wenn man die entsprechenden Nachbarn hat ist es herrlich ruhig, aber die kann man sich ja leider nicht immer aussuchen. Jeden Tag wird gründlich sauber gemacht. Abhol- und Bringservice zum und vom Hafen. Das kleine niedliche Stadtzentrum mit einigen Tavernen, 2 Supermärkten, Cafés und kleinen Läden ist ca 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter schnell und nett. Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Es war alles super! Wenn man auf sehr hohem Niveau klagen möchte wäre ein Toaster nett aber man wird auch ohne glücklich… und ruhige Nachbarn ;-)

Stupendo!

Alloggio stupendo a pochi passi dal mare con bellissimo patio dove sedersi ed ascoltare le onde , pulitissimo, dotato di tutti i confort, con piano cottura, utensili da cucina ecc... Cambio asciugamani e pulizia giornaliera. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sono venuti a prenderci al nostro arrivo al porto ( nonostante l'alloggio sia a 10 minuti a piedi) e ci hanno riaccompagnato per la partenza. L'isola di Koufonisi poi è davvero una meraviglia e ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore! Speriamo davvero di poter ritornare in un futuro!
