la ubicación excelente cerca de playa y centro. el lugar es muy tranquilo todo estuvo de acuerdo con la publicacón, nada que reprochar.

Hervorragende Lage (wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, der Promenade und den Chirinquitos. Zur etwas höher gelegenen Innenstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Toller Ausblick vom geräumigen Balkon auf das Meer. Ausstattung mit allem, was man braucht.
Der Anforderungsechlüssel für den Aufzug funktioniert im Tiefgeschoss nicht. Man kann zwar den Aufzug von innen dorthin fahren lassen, kommt aber von der Tiefgarage aus nicht in den Aufzug hinein.

Fan in the living room wasn't working, we had a constant problem with fuse that kept blowing and power was off ... we were without a power for most of the time during the first 3 days ... problem got fixed when I escalated it the second time. There were also ants in the apartment. I expected to get a discount or a small refund but none of this happened - so I guess no one really cares ...
