We enjoyed our stay as a family of with 2 kids aged 2 and 4. We received detailed instructions including a super helpful video that helped us easily navigate the facilities and get to the apartment. The apartment itself is at the 2nd floor with an elevator that opens directly into the living room so there was no trouble with the luggage and the stroller. It's accessible via stairs as well through a different door. We were delighted to find blackout blinds everywhere - we didn't know they were available and they were immensely helpful with the kids's sleep. The hosts graciously added a cot as well when we asked for one, complete with sheets pillow and blankie. We also found a personalized dessert and card waiting for us, which we greatly appreciated. We lacked for nothing - the kitchen is fully equipped, we needed to cook and do laundry etc and found everything we needed. There's also an iron + ironing board. The beach is at a ~15 min walk downhill (with kids) - budget extra time for getting back up the hill. The train station is also 10-15 min away and there are bus stops all around, the apartment is in a very well connected area. Lidl supermarket is also close, there are restaurants on the way to the train station and near the beach, and delivery options available too. We loved our stay here and wholeheartedly recommend it.

The issues have nothing to do with the apartment itself, just writing them down so next guests are aware and plan accordingly. The elevator doors close VERY quickly. There is very little time to unlock the apartment door after the elevator doors open. They close and can take you by surprise. Be very mindful with little kids. The elevator is also small so we preferred to take 1 adult + stroller in the elevator and have the other adult come with the bigger kid on the stairs to minimize the risk of elevator accidents. The walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors quite easily, this is something we encountered everywhere we traveled in Spain. Pack earplugs, white noise machine etc if you need quiet for sleeping.
