We were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with an enormous patio with a view looking directly at Mt Vesuvias. Robes and slippers were included. A great selection of hot, cold and sweet options for breakfast, and they offered us a takeaway breakfast for the day we left as we had to leave early that day. It's possible to walk down to Sorrento via a beautiful off-road walk (ignore walking directions from google - ask at the desk, there's a much faster and prettier way to go) and this takes about 30 minutes. We also made use of the free shuttle bus to get back from town in the evening.
The outdoor hot tub was not in use over winter, that's fine, but should've been pointed out to us.

My wife and I had four incredible nights at the Romantic Relais Sorrento. It was a truly delightful experience from beginning to end, so much so that it’s hard to describe it with just one word. Terms like wonderful and sensational naturally come to mind, as the hotel exceeds expectations in every detail, offering comfort, charm, and unforgettable moments. A simply perfect stay, one we would definitely love to repeat.

What a beautiful hotel. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner overlooking the lights of Sorrento. Breakfast was Wow!!
Everything was perfect and the staff were so lovely and friendly. We were so glad we chose to stay at Romantic Relais Hotel. PS. It is a very romantic setting.
