The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable and pleasant. The views were lovely.
The only downside is that you cant walk into town. You have to get the shuttle bus or a taxi. This is my fault as i didnt do any research before booking.

The hotel was lovely as described and expected. All the staff were friendly and helpful and gave us lots of tips with transfers and excursions. The free shuttle service is great as without this getting around isn’t easy. We had a great stay.
The breakfast was basic but as described.

The view was outstanding, hard to take in because it looked unreal. Balcony was lovely to take in the view. The breakfast was fantastic, the restaurant for dinner was great. The shuttle was reliable, not too difficult to figure out. You just have to orient your timing to the shuttle - a little attention in order to be out of the rush of the city and have the amazing view. Bed, room size, staff, cleanliness were all top notch. We arranged a tour of Amalfi coast cities by boat through the hotel, which was great!

I was initially concerned about the distance from the hotel to the centre of Sorrento. However, the courtesy bus service was great and took just 20 minutes. It saved us a small fortune in taxi fares! The bus drops off close to the train station, providing a gateway to the all the major sites, or if you simply want to sample what Sorrento has to offer.
So glad we chose to stay here, the view was spectacular. It was much quieter too, peaceful and relaxing after some very busy days sight seeing.
The room was spotless. It had tea/coffee making facilities and a small fridge to store drinks and snacks. The balcony was large and had a table & chairs. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. Breakfast was included - a great selection to choose from. Would recommend dinner in the restaurant, menu was very good and reasonably priced, our meal was delicious.
Staff were all friendly, polite and helpful. Giovanni provided recommendations for excursions, he can book some too.
We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
Storage space. Whilst the wardrobe was large it lacked drawers. I had suitcase organising bags, so left underwear, t-shirts, etc in those and simply stacked them on the shelf. There were night stands next to the beds but they had just one very small drawer.
