Very well equipped and very clean small appartment. A recommendation for a weekend stay in Lübeck :)

Very well equipped facility, very clean, there was everything we needed for a 2-night stay. The little garden and the comfy table outside are great for brunch, chatting with friends and relaxing. The place was tiny, but it was fine for three people, considering the short stay. The location is not perfect since it's 15-20 min to the city center by bus, but it is still convenient enough. I do recommend it!

The mattresses of the beds and the pillows could be a bit more comfortable. It can get very hot in the facility too, if the windows aren't kept open. A mosquito net on the windows will be a good addition too.

Exceptional

Lovely pretty little apartment to stay tucked away in a corner, within 20 minute walking distance to Lubeck where there are plenty of interesting places to visit and walk along the picturesque cobbled streets. We were met by a very nice gentleman host, who showed us around and asked if we would be comfortable, made sure we had telephone contact number. Information book also available and bus timetables if needed. Was waiting to say goodbye to us on departure, great customer service.

The property was really good, just a little confusing on arrival as not an office, difficult to know which doorbell to ring, so just pressed the nearest. Washing machine not available which is why we booked this particular property as travelling ‘very light’ with a small car.

SO, nie wieder

Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, wegen Schlüsselbox und weil der Vermieter sofort am Mobiltelefon war. Vieles, was der Vermieter nicht beeinflussen kann: Lage. Erreichbarkeit mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Supermärkte, Restaurant

Die Ferienwohnung, eigentlich eine Monteurunterkunft, war sehr dreckig, teilweise ekelig, z. B. dreckige Schwämme im Bad und in der Küche. Wer nutzt die heutzutage noch? Der Duschvorhang wurde offensichtlich erneuert, dennoch roch es im Bad unangenehm. Da die Heizung ausgeschaltet war, wirkte alles kühl und abschreckend. Bei einer einmaligen Übernachtung lohnte sich das Reinigen nicht. Als es am Abend langsam warm wurde, wurde es Zeit, Schlafen zu gehen. Betten ein Alptraum, da viel zu weich. Die Handtücher im Bad sehr alt und verschlissen. Ausschließliche Nutzung als Monteurunterkunft empfohlen. Nach Investition und regelmäßiger, gründlicher Reinigung ließe sich ein angemessenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis erreichen.

Klein, aber fein - perfekt für einen Städtetrip nach Lübeck!

Ruhige Lage, schnuckeliger Innenhof, gut ausgestattet, kuscheliges bequemes Bett, wenige Gehminuten vom Bus zur Altstadt entfernt, und die Fischbrötchen von "Fangfrisch" (8 min zu Fuß) - ebenso wie der Biergarten dort - sind der Knaller! 😋🍻

Schlichte FeWo

Kleine, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit guter Küchenausstattung und gemütlichem Bett. Wir waren im Anbau im Erdgeschoß untergebracht und hatten es bis auf den Schulhof in der Nähe und den leisen Nachbarn über uns sehr ruhig.

Der Duschvorhang ist für das Bad ohne Fenster nicht geeignet, weil er zu viel Feuchtigkeit aufnimmt und nur schlecht trocknet. Dadurch riecht es leider etwas muffig. Mülltrennung ist draußen vorhanden, aber drinnen ist nur ein Behälter...

Funktionale Unterkunft

Praktisch eingerichtet und 1 Fernseher im WoZi und 1 im SchlaZi

Beide Fernseher sehr klein. Im WoZi war „normales“ fernsehen nicht möglich,da alles verstellt und nur per Sat Empfang möglich (Mediatheken schauen nur mit Unterbrechungen möglich. Beim 2. Fernseher Empfang nur über DVBT (soweit alles gut), nur der Empfang sehr schlecht,also auch hier mit teils großen Unterbrechungen.
