9.05-10.05 Als Genius 3 Reisender kann ich diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sehr komfortabel aufgeteilt: ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, ein separates Schlafzimmer, Flur, Küche und Bad. Alles ist ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Es ist absolut alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und sogar noch mehr. Die Lage ist hervorragend: man genießt einen wunderschönen, etwa 40-minütigen Spaziergang durch das malerische Viertel St. Gertrud direkt bis ins Stadtzentrum. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind an der Straße problemlos verfügbar. Check-in völlig unkompliziert und der Gastgeber ist immer erreichbar. Eine klare Empfehlung!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert über WhatsApp. Der Schlüssel liegt in einem Schließfach, das einfach zu bedienen ist. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber.
Ich fand die Wohnung sehr kahl und lieblos eingerichtet. Es ist zwar sauber, aber man fühlt sich nicht so zuhause. Die Lage ist jetzt auch nicht so gut. Man läuft 10 Min zur Bushaltestelle, wo teilweise nur alle 20 Minuten ein Bus in die Innenstadt fährt.
