Gute Lage, schöne Aussicht, alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar
Auch das Essen der Bar im Erdgschoß war gut. Brötchen oder Frühstück gibt's gleich im Nachbarhaus.
Auf den ersten Blick sieht die Wohnung sauber aus. Bei genauerer Betrachtung merkt man aber, dass hier die Ecken schon lange nicht mehr gesäubert wurden.
Wer diese Wohung mietet muss damit rechnen, dass man die Musik der Bar im Erdgeschoß mimdestens bis 24.00 Uhr im Schlafzimmer zu hören ist.
Parkplätz sind in der näheren Umgebung zwar vorhanden, aber nicht unbedingt preiswert.

Sehr gute Lage, jedoch im 4. Stock kein Ausblick auf das Holstentor, da vor den Fenstern Mauern den Blick einschränken. Sehr sauber.
Im Treppenhaus werden die Mülltonnen des Restaurants gelagert, was zu Geruchs- und Lärmbelästigung führt. Das WLAN hat die meiste Zeit über nicht gut funktioniert und konnte trotz der sehr freundlichen Kommunikation keine Abhilfe geschaffen werden.

Location. Easy walk to train station and Altstadt.This host has several apartment buildings each furnished with simple but elegant, sturdy, vintage furniture. Large apartment, Well stocked, roomy eat-in kitchen. Updated bath has a washing machine. Bonus is a small bedroom or storage room off the kitchen, not mentioned in the listing perhaps because it does not have a window.
No elevator in this building, and the steps are steep. The two apartments on the back side of this building experience loud music, and late, from the restaurant below. Nevertheless, we like the apartments here and plan to book again!

"Location is perfect - close to everything, view of Holstentor from the window! Roomy, bigger than my own home. Access via lockbox was easy. There is parking down the road if you need it.
