There was no where to hang wet towels.
Rather inconvenient that the shower room was the other side of the property from the wash hand basin and toilet.
It would have been nice if the sofa bed had been made up as requested.
Mention should have been made that Apt Erika is on the second floor and is reached by a difficult spiral staircase -we had to ask for help with the suitcases.

The living area is generous and comfortable; we liked the variety of furniture. The shower is excellent - very powerful and plenty of hot water. We were here in April and it was quite cool; once we worked out where the radiator thermostatic valves were, the apartment was quite cosy. It could, however, be hot and noisy in summer. The location, above Fangfrisch restaurant (great food & atmosphere), and at the bottom of a charming street into town, is pretty good. The adjacent road junction could disturb, but well insulated windows kept noise down. The kitchenette served its purpose just fine.
The beds are exceptionally firm. The shower room and toilet are slightly oddly located and the toilet is the tiniest I have ever seen. If you're a bit large, or need a bigger bathroom, it's not for you.

Spacious clean apartment. It is well equipped with quality appliances
We were not warned that the stairs up to the apartment were very steep, my wife has limited mobility and this was a problem as the apartment was several flights up. The mattresses were rock hard and extremely uncomfortable especially for my wife who has a bad back. There is also at lot of traffic noise as it is in the centre.
