Exceptional
Very clean and quiet apartment. Perfect if you want to visit this part of Bavaria. We visited friends here and also ate near by. The underground parking was also a bonus. The terrace from the living room had a wonderful view and though the apartment is on the main road, it is set quite a way back facing the mountains and therefore quiet. Perfect for us.

Nachzahlung dämpft die Urlaubsfreude
Landschaftlich schön gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgaragendtellplatz und sehr großem Balkon über Süd- und Ostseite. Leider sehr dicht an einer stark befahrenen Ortsdurchfahrt - dadurch aber sehr gut erreichbar.
Wir mussten für die Gästekarten nochmals separat bezahlen, obwohl auf booking.com die Kurtaxe bereits als Aufschlag auf den Zimmerpreis ausgewiesen war und von mir per Überweisung im voraus bezahlt wurde. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, jedoch nur ein sehr alter Dosenöffner, mit dem entsprechend Dosen nur aufgeschnitten werden können. So ist es nicht möglicht, eine Dose anschießen wieder zu verschließen. Da gibt es heute bessere Werkzeuge.

Ruhige Lage. Schöne große Wohnung für bis zu 5 Personen.
Die Ferienwohnung war komplett eingerichtet . Möbel sind zwar in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch sauber und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden, von Geschirr über Gläser, Bügeleisen, Staubsauger und Seife sowie Küchenrollen. Spiele und Bücher ebenfalls in größerer Auswahl vorhanden. Dies hatten wir zum ersten Male so. Ferienwohnung hat eine Terrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage, abends und morgens hört man nichtmal Vogelgezwitscher. Wir waren mit 5 Personen, ausreichend Platz. Haben uns wohlgefühlt. Netter Vermieter.
Das untere Zimmer riecht etwas vermodert. Dort ein Fernseher wäre auch angebracht. Steile Wendeltreppe nach unten. Oben wäre ein Türgitter angebracht. Unser kleiner Hund ist die erste Nacht runtergepurzelt. Auch für kleine Kinder wäre es von Vorteil. Probleme hatten wir beim WLAN anmelden , da wir nicht wussten, das die Steckdosenleiste in der Schublade unter dem Fernseher ist. Erst als wir diesen abends angeschaltet hatten, ging auch das WLAN.
