Large comfortable living room with fireplace, 2 separate bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Bath, shower, sauna and fitness room leave no wish unfulfilled. The large garden (950qm) with a nice lawn and a cozy terrace invite you to linger. For your car there is a garage. For sporty and children there is a table tennis table!
Located just start cross-country ski (classic and skating) and the direct access to fascinating hikes (Breitenstein, Geigelstein, Klobenstein, Kampenwand and many hosted mountain pastures. Children's lift in about 1km, alpine skiing in about 10 or 15km.
