About this apartment rental
Enjoy your vacation starting in August 2024 at the newly renovated Haus Tala in the beautiful Chiemgau region.
Choose between the two vacation apartments: “Lissi” on the 1st floor, which sleeps up to 6 people, or “Lomasi” on the first floor, which sleeps up to 4 people.

Our outdoor area will be completed in the fall of 2025 and will then offer a fabulous and peaceful place to relax.
Shopping options and the town center, with its diverse selection of restaurants, are located right near Haus Tala.
Lake Chiemsee is a 15-minute drive away, and Salzburg is 25 minutes away. Please also explore Reit im Winkl, the Winklmoosalm, Rupolding, or Kufstein in Tyrol, as well as Berchtesgaden or Bad Reichenhall—all within easy reach.
Marquartstein and the surrounding area offer stunning scenery and wonderful biking and hiking trails. The Hochplattenbahn is just a few minutes away. Rafting, canoeing, swimming, golf, sailing, paragliding, fishing, and much more are also available in town or nearby. Discover the wide range of recreational activities for all ages in this region—any time of year.

Enjoy the mountain views from the spacious balcony with a nice glass of wine. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals. The open layout and tasteful decor of the living/dining area promise a cozy get-together. You can also take advantage of the available TV streaming services. From the apartment, you can perfectly plan and set out on your hiking or biking adventures.
You’ll park in the spacious parking lot and walk past the house to the front entrance. After opening the front door, you’ll reach your apartment, Lissi, via the stairs to the first floor. Inside the apartment, you’ll first enter the hallway, from which you’ll see the entrance to the spacious living/dining area straight ahead. On the left is the bedroom with a double bed, which also provides access to the second bedroom with bunk beds. On the right side of the hallway are the bathroom and kitchen. The living/dining area and kitchen are connected by a passageway. From the living/dining area, you have access to the beautiful, large balcony.
