Exceptional

The house has met all our expectations. We were a group of 6 adults. Tomo welcomed us upon arrival and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips for daily shopping and a bakery. Tomo took excellent care of all needs and was always available. Unfortunately, the Internet did not work for us, but this was due to a cable which was damaged during construction work on the road. Again, the host offered us his own homespot. And technicians were one day later on-site to take care of the problem. The pool was clean and towels were provided. The barbecue area is really nice and there was even an extra fridge outside for cold drinks. The house was really lovingly decorated and sensibly equipped. The pictures absolutely correspond to reality. We spent a wonderful vacation, felt very comfortable and can recommend this accommodation without hesitation. Many thanks and best regards

Excellen stay in Podstrana!

I really liked the pool area. The beds were comfortable. The host did everything he could to make us feel comportable! Short walk to a nice beach and plenty of restaurants.

Some of the furniture need to be fixed. Broken chairs and not correctly put together one bed. But the host was very helpful with all that.

Amazing place for family vacations!

It's an amazing place to stay for vacations! We were two families with kids, and we had more than everything that we needed. It exceeded our expectations. Vila itself is very spacious and comfortable - nice bedrooms with comfy beds and air-conditioning, amazing and huge second floor bathroom, spacious living room, two big dining areas, kitchen with all the appliances that you could need (not just the basics, but much more, like huge plates, extra bowls, different sizes pans and pots, dishwasher is a very nice feature to have on vacations, oven, microwave, etc.). Outdoor spaces (pool and barbecue areas) were the ones that we spent most of the time. Kids loved the pool! It's big, clean, and water temp was great (no need for extra warming at the end of June!). It had some pool floatings, which was very convenient. The garage fitted our two big cars - that was an awesome feature to have in a sunny Croatia! The host, Tomo, was friendly, thoughtful, and caring. We had a few requests, and it was no problem at all for him to take care of it. We enjoyed every moment we spent in Villa Artea and someday we would like to come back again!

Beautiful home and great management

It was very spacious and since it was located on a hillside, it had great views.Even though it was cool and rainy during our stay, there was one day of warm weather and sunshine where we swam in the pool and laid out in the sun on the wooden decking. The best thing about the property was the manager- Tomo: We arrived late and didn’t have our rental car until the next day so we took a cab. When the taxi driver was not able to locate the property, Tomo met us at a street nearby and escorted us to the home where he thoroughly instructed us on the many amenities of this home. We also did laundry and hung our clothes out to dry-very traditional and we felt very nostalgic. Would recommend the property highly. Thank you again Tomo!!
