A complete letdown from start to finish - nothing worked and nobody cared.

The breakfast was probably the highlight of our stay at Hotel Jona - which unfortunately says a lot.

The room was filthy on arrival (at 6pm!) and most of the issues we reported were ignored for four days. There was chewing gum stuck to the sofa, zip-tied curtains we couldn’t open, missing lightbulbs, and hanging bedside lamps with exposed live wires. Despite raising these problems daily, nothing was done until the very last day, and management never followed up as promised - an absolute disgrace of a stay. Definitely not a 4**** Hotel!

This is not a 4 stars hotel. It is part of the complex of San Antonio hotel, which is 4 stars. Jona is basic hotel, with no reception, you need to go to San Antonio hotel to everything.

Very relaxing. Podtsrana is a family-friendly place with a long beach and new promenade.

All the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good. Location by the beach was excellent. Hotel's own sun loungers on the beach with good bar / drinks service made the stay very comfortable.

The main road into Podtsrana was small and could jam up at rush / peak hours - this made travelling by bus / car at these times longer. But, knowing about this made it possible to plan around.

Loved the stay

We got upgraded to the building near the beach as the season had just started. View to the beach was spectacular. All in all it is a good location if you have a car. Our family enjoyed the stay.

Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend.

Rooms looked good at first sight. Food was good. Location was good.

Housekeeping was poor. We found they did not clean the room. Simply changed the towel. Balcony was very dirty and found worms and snails inside the balcony. Rooms were not cleaned properly. There were lot of dust in the room and the floor. Rooms were in basement and could smell something foul in and out of the room. Very disappointed with the stay.

Amazing hotel at a fabulous location near to the beach. The hotel was neat and tidy. Beautiful view of beach from the balcony. Breakfast included was great with lots of options. Staff were very friendly. Had a 24/7 reception desk. Neighbourhood was lovely with lots of restaurants by the sea.

Cheap hotel, semi ok quality per paid buck, but If you can afford more search for the better one.

Room was really nice, recently renowated so it was ok. Good A/C and WiFi. Sunchairs were good.

Bar/Restaurant staff wasn’t that nice. Young guy and girl at reception were really nice. It is really weird that they serve glass bottles to beach, could broke really easy. Prices were also quite high. Breakfast was really poor. It costs 13eur to get umbrella at beach, doesn’t make any sense!

Stay away! We arrived in the evening and it took us an hour to find the hotel. The address is incorrect and leads to another place. We called the hotel and got the address but the name of the hotel is not on it... there was only one light in the room and it was dark. The bathroom faucet did not work. . The breakfast was not fresh. The check in was done in another hotel... in short, hell...

Ida at reception is very professional, friendly and efficient. As well as one bar staff that was very kind to ask the kitchen chef to cook us a meal for take away as we were stranded before a very late check in.

Main door entry to Hotel Jona is restricted by the limited entry space and the automatic door that opens right in front of a set of staircase. My room seemed to be only 80% renovated; bathroom tiles still had drill holes, bathroom vent not fully installed. The room had a set of lights that's not wired. There were quite a few dead mosquito marks on walls, ceilings and floor that was not cleaned off. The room telephone is not yet connected to the hotel.

Buffet du petit déjeuner , propreté du sol

Salle de bain piteuse, pas de bouchon dans la baignoire pour ne pas pouvoir prendre de bain, évier fendu, porte papier de toilette pendant. Pas d'électricité à côté des lits ni de lampes de chevet fonctionnelles. Bruit des eaux qui coulaient dans les sanitaires des chambres au-dessus. Odeur de moisissures. Vue sur le parking et un terrain vague sale.

El desayuno y que se puede aparcar en la puerta!!

Nada, es un hotel que no tiene la recepción allí tienes que ir a otro que está al lado a por las llaves y a desayunar, tiene cero vistas, da a un descampado lleno de maleza! Las habitaciones parecen modernas pero están a medio acabar, en las escaleras huele a humedad que es horroroso y en la habitación había pelos y polvo por todos lados, dudo que la ropa de cama la cambien de hecho tienen un color amarillento, ah también había un cojín con unas manchas.....sin comentarios!! Vamos no se lo recomiendo ni a un enemigo!!

Wir hatten im Hotel Jona gebucht - jedoch ein Upgrade für das Hotel Antonio erhalten. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Der Strand ist schön und die kleine Beach vor dem Hotel ist toll.

Počasie, na ten dátum bolo nádherne teplo.

Po príchode do hotela a check In-e nás recepčná odviedla na izbu. Už pri vstupe na chodbu do suterénu bol cítiť silný zápach stuchliny. Po otvorení izby bol zápach ešte väčší. V izbe boli len posuvné dvere na balkón a balkón z vonkajšej strany utopený pod úrovňou terénu. Izba sa tým pádom nedala vetrať bez toho, aby sme zaistili, že sa nám nikto z vonku nedostane do izby cez deň, alebo v noci. Na hotelovej izbe okrem zápachu stuchliny, ktorý nám vadil najviac boli všade vlasy, pod posteľou aj so žuvačkou a špina, zle zatretá plieseň pod klimatizáciou a aj na vani, na umývadle použitá zubná niť, znečistená toaleta. Jediné čo sa zdalo byť v poriadku bolo asi posteľné prádlo, pod posteľou prach a vlasy. Išli sme na recepciu hotela, kde sme nahlási zápach a špinu v apartmáne. Ja som alergik, takémuto prostrediu sa musím vyhýbať, tak sme takéto ubytovanie odmietli. Mali sme počkať na vedúceho hotela. Po jeho príchode si nás ani nevšimol, minul nás, ani nepozdravil, zašiel rovno do svojej kancelárie- čistá ignorácia a ďalej sme riešili ubytovanie len s recepčnou. Bolo nám ponúknuté náhradné ubytovanie na tom istom poschodí, na druhej strane tej istej chodby. Po vstupe do izby bol tiež cítiť zápach stuchliny, izba ešte nebola uprataná, ale zdala sa nám čistejšia, než tá naša uprataná, tak sme aj toto ubytovanie odmietli. Hotel na môj mail, ani požiadavku o vrátenie financií od Booking-u nereaguje. Za mňa by som si pri rezervácii v tomto hoteli dával veľký pozor a nedoporučil by som ho nikomu.

Fint hotell i Podstrana

Podstrana er kjempefint! Hotellet lå rett ved stranden og det var veldig kort vei til strandpromenaden og til restauranter. Parkering på hotellet. Resepsjon og frokostsal lå på nabohotellet, men dette var ikke noe problem. Rommet var rent og fint, romslig i størrelse. Aircondition som fungerte veldig bra. Kort vei til havnen hvor det bl.a. går båtturer ut til øyene.

L'Hôtel JONA est une dépendance de l'hôtel 4 étoiles "SAN ANTONIO" situé en bord de mer, avec parking devant. Notre chambre était située au moins 1, avec ascenseur, du coup la vue n'était pas terrible. La chambre était propre, nettoyée et serviettes changées tous les jours, spacieuse. Bien climatisée. Les personnels de l'accueil étaient charmantes. Point fort de l'hôtel sa piscine intérieure sur le toit terrasse équipée de transats (pratique par temps de pluie). Le petit déjeuner très varié et très copieux est servi à l'hôtel San Antonio, il faut traverser le parking mais ce n'était pas gênant. Salle de restaurant avec vue sur la plage. Possibilité de déjeuner sur des tables installées au bord de l'eau. Des transats sont mis à disposition gratuitement sur la plage. Le restaurant de l'hôtel offrait une bonne cuisine. De nombreux restaurants longent le bord de la promenade. Je recommande d'ailleurs fortement le restaurant AMIGOS situé tout au bout. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Nous avons payé en plus le service charge 11,97€ en supplément de la taxe de séjour qui n'était pas prévu par Booking. Le frigo ne faisait pas assez de froid. Il manque peut être un petit étendage sur la terrasse et un porte manteau. Le bain à remous de la baignoire était encrassé.

Está pegado a la playa y cuenta con una piscina y vistas agradables. El restaurante está muy bien, buena comida, buena relación calidad-precio y junto a la playa.

Las habitaciones son excesivamente pequeñas. El precio es demasiado elevado para lo que ofrecen. No ha cumplido nuestras expectativas.

Izuzetno iskustvo

Restoran je posebno lijep i uredan s pogledom na more. Doručak je bio izvrstan, obilan, raznovrsan i jako ukusan. Restoran je otvoren cijeli dan. Posluga izuzetno ljubazna. Hotel na četvrom katu ima bazen uz koji se nalazi balkon sa ležaljkama, teretanu i saunu. U kupaonici smo uz tuš imali i hidromasažnu kadu. Uz hotel se nalazi plaža sa besplatnim ležaljkama.

Čitač kartica za ulaz u sobu nije dobro funkcionirao, nadam se da je isti u međuvremenu zamijenjen.

In einem Vorort von Split mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Split Altstadt. Zimmer schön groß und Frühstück auch prima - alles da und wenn’s warm genug ist kann man auf der Terrasse direkt am Strand essen.

In unserem Zimmer scheint vorher geraucht worden zu sein. War leider noch zu riechen wenn man frisch ins Zimmer kam.

Popluni su bili mokri kao da nisu stigli osušiti, ali imamo dijete koje ne smije prehladiti. Nasreću, ponijeli smo rezervu. A soba, osjeća se kao da je puna vlaga, morali smo provjetriti cijeli dan. Samo to moram reći kao ljutiti otac zbog dijete.
