The location is spot on, there’s a beach in about 2 minutes walk. The property was very cosy and clean. Overall our stay was really comfortable.

Mijo was an excellent host, lots of welcome gifts and was there to meet us when we arrived and always on hand when we needed him. The apartment is very modern, and well equipped, and everything is relatively new. There is a full sized TV in the living room (with sound bar) and a further TV in the bedroom, both with Netflix and YouTube. The beach is literally a stone throw away and some great restaurants within walking distance. The Olive Tree is great for pizza and pasta (3 minutes walk) and Amigos was amazing for fish (10 mins walk), both located on the beach at the water's edge. The sunsets are incredible from the beach restaurants. It's a 10-minute taxi ride into Split, however we only went there once because we had everything we needed in Podstrana. Highly recommend Omis, Trogir and Sibenik for days out if you have a car. The Mall of Split is on the 10-minute drive away and it's a great shopping centre. Thank you Mijo for a wonderful week. The apartment was beautiful, the owner is very friendly. Everything you needed was even more. To the sea 50 meters. Near shops, restaurants and bakery.

Very nice location, beach is around 50 meters from apartment.
Apartment excellent, everything is new.
Owners are very friendly and helpful.
Very close location with shop Ribola and with bakery.
A lot of restaurants on the beach.
