Clean, confortable, close to the beach, grocery store right below the apartment, at the groung floor of the building. Big rooms, confortable beds, well equiped kitchen, well going air conditioners. We had a great time there.

Nice flat close to the beach- beach view flat on top floor

The apartment was a minute's walk from a beautiful - white beach with turquoise waters.( we had to cross a main road) There was a store right below the apartment where we could buy the essentials from . The swimming pool, sun loungers were good and there was a coffee machine there too. The host was kind enough to let us borrow their iron for the couple of days. We were given fresh linen and told to help ourselves if we needed any. The extra bed wasnt prepared, but that was something we could do ourselves. The kitchen and the bathroom was spic and span and we had no issues at all.And, the kitchen had " just enough" utensils and an electric hob to get us going through the holidays. The apartment was bright and airy and the aircondition worked very well.

The flat had to be accessed by 2-3 flights of stairs depending on which floor you are alloted, which we had no issues with. However, I would imagine some elderly people would want to make a note of it..There were no kettles or microwave or oven in the room.

Location is a bit remote. Minimal shops and restaurants in the area. Traffic into split is awful. Can take 1hr 20mins at times. Not the properties fault but bear the location in mind if you are looking to travel into split a lot.

Superb stay

Super good rooms, value for money! All is there, and functions. We had the 4 adults double apartment with 2 kitchens etc. Very nice. Super close to the beach. Parking next to the apartments is not possible but a very good solution with extra parking spots only 2 minutes by foot after dropping the luggage behind the safe entrance door.

Only 1 thing to really improve: the WiFi! With several access points it looks good but hardly functions at all. A rare error in a so well managed complex.

The stove in the kitchen did not work at all. We had to leave our room to cook breakfast for our son, which was not what was promised.

The size of the Apartment was fantastic and having a seperate bedroom wS a bonus. The coffee machine next to the pool is great and free.The cleanliness of the place is a credit to the owners. The powerful shower was lovely after a day by the beach. Will definitely be back.

Amazing place!

This place is absolutely wonderful! This was our second stay at Toni 2000. Or first was in 2019. We where glad to be back. The rooms are nice and extremely clean. Love the tile floors. You have everything you need. A small kitchen with all the stuff you need to cook. A coffee maker, cattle, toaster and sheared microwave. The room have big new box spring beds who were very comfortable. There is a nice pool with sun beds and plenty of seating. At the pool you can get free coffee and there is a grill which you can use. Cooking supplies are provided. Down stairs there is a nice little local grocery store, 2 min walk a bakery with fresh bread until midnight (try the fresh pizza from the bakery for lunch on the beach). The beach is 1 min walk. A bus stop to Split and Omis is 2 min walk. Try the small pirate town Omis, its beautiful! The last day we were aloud to leave our luggage ad the reception and use the pool until our late afternoon flight. Toni, his family and the workers are al very friendly and welcoming. You can ask any questions you have before or during your stay. Toni 2000 is a amazing place and I hope to visit them again in the future.

only one thing I could think of is missing a shelf in the shower to put the soap and shampoo bottle

Amazing stay at Toni 2000. Toni was very welcoming and accommodating. Ideal location in a quieter area but not too far from the action in Split. Will 100% been recommending this as a place to stay to people who want to visit Croatia.

Nice place for few days stay in Podstrana.

Excellent location, very close to beach. Supermarket on ground floor is well supplied and open all the time. Nearby bakery helps to grab some snacks during the day. There are few restaurants nearby and split center 15 minutes by car. Rooms was clean, AC worked fine, WLAN was fast.

Rooms are bit wore and tired already. It gives a feeling of extensive use over last 15-20 years. But everything was clean and worked properly.

Excellent location, friendly host but the room could be better

The location is excellent with a one minute walk to the beach, the host is super friendly and there is a supermarket below the accommodation which is very convenient. Also, the pool and the view from the pool is really nice.

No curtains so the apartment was very bright in the morning, the bedsheets and duvet were synthetic and not cotton which makes them too hot and uncomfortable, there was a lot of dust still in the room. The apartment was also a bit small.

Great place to stay

We’ve stayed for one week in this beautiful apartment. The owner and the staff are very nice and friendly people. They will be happy to help you with anything. On the ground floor there is a small shop where you can buy your groceries. It is very handy as the traffic is pretty busy all the time. The apartment is next to the main road so it can be a bit loud even at night if you leave the windows open. The apartment is very close to the beach. You just have to cross the road and walk a few meters and you are there. The view is also nice, we were lucky enough to have a room which had a large balcony with beautiful sea view. The apartment also has a nice pool, so you can relax there as well. There’s also a grill that you are free to use. Coffee is also provided free of charge. The kitchen in the apartment has everything you need to cook your own food, if you will. The apartment has AC, it’s quiet so you can also sleep while it’s operating. There’s also free parking in front of the shop. Overall we had a great experience and we would definitely go back again!

Very nice hosts, they asked if we had everything we needed. Clean, pool and common area cleaned daily. A small kitchen, consistent with the description of the apartment.A small kitchen, consistent with the description of the apartment. Close to the beach, to the bakery. The beach with fine gravel is very good for Croatian conditions, not very crowded. One small drawback is the lack of a booth nearby to buy fries or pizza quickly, you have to walk about 2km. We are very pleased with the family.

The property is situated right across the road from the beach, so it’s literally a 1 minute walk! :) Plus there was a supermarket downstairs, which was very convenient. The room was rather small, but comfortable enough, very clean and well equipped. We especially loved the pool, which was clean and nice, with sunshine all day long. We also had a nice view from our balcony.

As it is located right by a busy road, it was quite noisy at times. The AC wasn’t powerful enough either.

Majoittaja/host on aivan huippu tyyppi. Aina kun oli jtn kysyttävää/tai ongelmia, hän vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja auttoi nopeasti. Majoitus itsessään on todella mukava ja viihtyisä. Allas ja allas alue oli parasta. Matkaa splittiin n. 10-15min uberilla ja hintaa vain 10euroa. Myös bussit kulkevat hyvin. Myös itse podstrana on mukava pienempi alue, jossa on hyviä ravintoloita.

100 meter till havet och pool vid boendet var utmärkt!

Rent och fint med bra a/c. Uppskattade pool och utekök samt kaffemaskinen och kylskåpet där. Fantastiska värdar som gjorde allt för att man skulle trivas! På avresedagen var det som normalt utcheckning kl.10. Vi skulle åka vidare först kl.14. Vi hade fått ställa väskor, nyttja pool och haft tillgång till toa. Värden sa att inga ytterligare skulle komma den dagen så vi fick ha rummet tills vi åkte vilket var helt fantastiskt! Bra med butik i bottenvåningen pch 150 meter till bageri och busshållplats! Vi lagade mat varje dag. Tog lokalbuss 3 stationer och kunde besöka fiskaffär och Tommy supermarket som hade köttavdelning.

Vägen utanför var väldigt trafikerad när man skulle gå över den till stranden. Fungerade dock ändå bra! Det var ju så nära till stranden!

Trevlig värd, fin lägenhet, nära till strand, affär och busshållplats. Fint poolområde med kaffemaskin och möjlighet till grillning.

Trafikerad väg utanför hotellet som kan upplevas störande. Det hade varit trevligt att få nya handdukar någon gång under vistelsen.

Très beaux séjours

L'emplacement de l'appartement est excellent, à deux pas de la plage. En dessous du batiment il y a un supermarché ce qui facilite beaucoup les repas à la maison. Notre hôte est très accueillant et serviable, l'appartement est très bien, très propre et très joliment décoré. La literie excellente . Une jolie terrasse avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Tolles Apartment mit Klimanalage und tollen neuen Boxspringbett. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Am Haus ist für die Gäste ein Pool sowie eine Outdoor-Küche zur Nutzung dabei. Gute Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Strand, jedoch an viel befahrener Straße. Parkplatz für jedes Apartment inklusive. Supermarkt unten im Haus bis 22 Uhr offen

Omjer novca i kvalitete smještaja,lokacije ,udobnosti i svega ostalog je više nego izvrstan. Na koji god prozor da pogledaš iz apartmana,vidiš more. Domaćin je jedan ljubazan i pristojan čovjek. Goed hotel aan drukke straat

Wij hadden een mooie, ruime kamer met uitzicht op zee en op de parkeerplaats beneden ons, die bij de supermarkt hoort. Dat was al een attractie op zich. Recht tegenover op het strand zit een gezellige strandtent met de lekkerste hamburgers, die ik iedereen kan aanbevelen.

Het hotel ligt echt aan een drukke weg, waar in het hoogseizoen heel vaak een lange file staat. Ik zou het hotel niet aanbevelen als je met kinderen gaat; je moet die drukke straat oversteken om bij het strand te komen.
