Wonderful stay and our host Chris was super accommodating with information and early check-in.

Tasteful decor, beautiful views, everything we needed. The Bad Reichenhall Guest Card for free transport was fantastic. The restaurants in the area and close bus stop.

A very perfect stay at a perfect location

The room was huge and comfortable with all the amenities. Close to train and bus station. Via the villa Bariole we were provided with guest card obviously by the municipality and with that we traveled to salzburg for free. Also discounts to many attractions. Salzburg is twenty minutes away by train or bus. Near Villa Bariole there was ALDI super market and DM and places to eat and take coffee as well.

Charming town

The town was vey charming. The place was safe and good location. Easy access and parking. Very charming.

It was no common area to sit down and enjoy a meal t was a table and a chair in the smaller bedroom. The king size bed needs a better mattress. I was sleeping in hole. Otherwise it was very nice.

Pleasant

Absolutely lovely. Peaceful location, next to Aldi in case you need last minute groceries. In house parking and very clean building. Would have appreciated more if host stocked coffee and some basics.

Enjoyable in every way!

In the centre of Bad Reichenhall, the property was very close to the railway station, restaurants, etc.. The two rooms with separate bathrooms were spacious enough for a couple and a single. The covered balcony was perfect for drying wet gear or eating a meal together. Altogether, this was a very pleasant stay.

Only minor points: We never got to meet a host but there was no problem with payment, key pick-up, or communication. The anonymity makes payment ahead of time slightly worrying... The kitchen is small but practical once the hotplate is understood.

Simply amazing

We liked absolutely everything - very spacious, beautiful, clean apartment with 2 balconies and big windows, we had a mountain view and it was simply incredible. In the apartment, there was everything you need even for a longer stay - all kitchen facilities, plates, cutlery, all tools to cook with.

a wonderful place that brings joy to the heart.

the villa is located in a quiet street amongst other similar villas. but still a few minutes walk from the center, and very close to the Königsgarten which is definitely worth visiting. the apartment was amazing, the original elements of the apartment brought a lot of joy to the soul. i had an amazing time looking at every carefully designed detail and the beautiful art decorating the place everywhere. the rooms are big and spacious, we even had space to dance tango.

the only thing it was missing to create a perfect image of the 1900 was a Vinyl player :).

The apartment was spacious and clean. Liked that we had a nice big balcony, two toilets and a well-equipped kitchen.

- location is a walking distance from train station and city center - balcony has a nice view and is very spacious - had all we need in terms of facilities and kitchen appliances - host was responsive via booking app - easy keys pick up - each room has it's own bathroom

A charming villa perfectly located near the Rupertus Therme in this quaint town. The hosts are lovely and greated us with treats and useful information. They brought our kids toys and games and coloring pencils to play with. We absolutely loved this place amd can't wait to come back! Also, I have back problems always and the bed here was so comfortable that I slept without back pain for the first time in years😁

Дуже атмосферне місце, майже в центрі міста. У пішій доступності багато магазинів, місць, де можна перекусити. Квартира охайна і дуже чиста. Хоч і немає окремого приміщення для кухні, все облаштовано дуже зручно, продумано. Є весь необхідний посуд та електро прибори.

Sehr schöne FeWo, zu empfehlen

Die FeWo ist in der Nähe von Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle , Nähe am Zentrum. Sie hat 2 Zimmer je mit Dusche und Fernseher, das ist sehr angenehm. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett.

Der Kochbereich könnte größer sein, reicht aber, wenn man Kleinigkeiten kochen möchte. Die Fernseher hatten nur wenige Programme, das war etwas schade.

Ich bin mehrmals im Jahr in der schönen Villa. Es ist einfach traumhaft. Neben der geschmackvollen Einrichtung und dem wunderschönen Ambiente ist auch die Privatsphäre zu erwähnen. Man kann hier richtig gut entspannen. Der Vermieter ist immer bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen. Einfach perfekt!

Ungewöhnliche Raumaufteilung: nach Betreten der Wohnung steht man nicht in der Garderobe sondern in der Miniküche. Dort gibt es allerdings kaum eine Arbeitsfläche.

Schöne helle und zentrale Villa in Bad Reichenhall

Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung Top3 sehr sauber. Der Eingangsbereich der Villa hat uns sehr gefallen. Ein und auschecken toll, keine Probleme und Vermieter per Mail sehr freundlich.

Ich denke, dass neue Matratzen ins Bett müssten,da sie sehr durchgelegen waren. Die Küche sehr spartanisch, zum frühstücken reicht es, aber das kochen wird sicher eine Herausforderung, da auch keine Arbeitsflächen vorhanden sind

Toller Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Bariole! Das Apartment ist nicht nur wunderschön und absolut sauber, sondern auch mit so viel Liebe und Stil eingerichtet, dass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht – man merkt sofort, dass hier an jedes Detail gedacht wurde. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: In nur wenigen Minuten spaziert man durch den Park und steht direkt in der Einkaufsstraße mit tollen Geschäften und Restaurants. Trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig, sodass wir auch wunderbar entspannen konnten. Für uns war es ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – Komfort, Stil und eine tolle Umgebung in einem. Wir wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.

Es gibt absolut nichts zu meckern.

Villa Bariole - Gerne wieder und empfehlenswert

Die Lage. Sehr zentral. Die Balkone. Der eine sogar sehr groß. Der Charme der alten Villa und die Gemütlichkeit. Sauberkeit, schönes Bad. Ausserhalb der Wohnung war sogar ein WC im Flur .

Die moderne und sehr helle Beleuchtung in den Räumen hat nicht so ganz zu der Villa Gemütlichkeit gepasst. Aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau ;-)

Apartament był wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. To zdecydowanie duży plus. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das war definitiv ein großer Pluspunkt.

Było za dużo odświeżaczy powietrza o różnych, intensywnych zapachach, co po jakimś czasie powodowało ból głowy. „Zu viele verschiedene Lufterfrischer mit starkem Geruch führten nach einiger Zeit zu Kopfschmerzen.”

Es war wieder fabelhaft in der Villa Bariole

Die Lage nahe zum Gradierwerk und die tollen zwei Balkone mit Blick zur schlafenden Hexe und zum Predigtstuhl sind das Highlight hier. Auch toll der Parkplatz. Waren schon das vierte Mal hier.

Wir würden uns über neue Möbel freuen. Die sind antik bis in die Jahre gekommen und nicht sehr komfortabel (Knarren und Ächzen).

Gemütliche gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit super Lage zum Bahnhof, Kultur und Restaurants

Die Ferienwohnung können wir mit besten Gewissen wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Die Ausstattung hat unsere Erwartungen rundum getroffen, super ausgestattete Küche und zwei gemütliche Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch super: zentral zum Bahnhof (fußläufig 3-5 Minuten) zum Theater oder Kurhaus. Auch Restaurants oder Café sind schnell zu erreichen. Besonders gut hat uns die kostenlose Bus- und Bahn- Nutzung durch die Kurkarte (sogar bis nach Salzburg - ca. 40 Minuten Direktverbindung) gefallen. Abschließend: Bad Reichenhall ist ein super Ausgangspunkt für Erholung, Wandern, Ausflüge nach Berchtesgaden oder Städtetrip nach Salzburg.
