Zuhause am Kurgarten

I was initially hesitant to book this apartment because there were no reviews, but then I found out that the property was renovated in 2026 and is therefore a new listing. We appreciated the excellent location, just 50 meters from the entrance to the Königlicher Kurgarten, the free parking space in the courtyard specially designated for this apartment and the clean and bright interior of the apartment. Parking spaces on the street are not free, you have to pay at the parking meters. It is located on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. It is close to the train station, the pedestrian zone and therefore the elegant shops in the area. The Wi-Fi is very good. It should be noted that under the coffee maker there is a fridge with freezer, which is missing from the description.

Regarding the description, there are small inaccuracies: there is no desk but only a kitchen table for 4 people, where you can put a laptop, and the oven in the kitchen is not a microwave but a regular electric oven, but these were not a problem for us.
