Great Place to Stay If Want to Visit Königssee and Pfarrkirche St. Sebastian Ramsau with Family of 4

Like the location of the apartment where it has a Italian restaurant, a bakery, and close to the walking street. Like the host for providing very accurate and easy to follow check-in information. Like the house has everything you need as if you are an actual resident there. Like complimentary beers which the host provided when I opened up the fridge for the first time.

Nothing in particular to dislike. It is just being picky but it would nicer if the shower room as a place where to hold the soap during the shower.

Very nice place to stay.

The apartment was nice, well taken care and it had all we needed inside. The location was also good, the center of Bad Reichenhall is beautiful and has plenty of shops. The host was also very helpful.

Although not a big problem, good to know that there is no free parking at the house. The parking is on the street and you need to pay, even not too much.

Memorable stay!

Can't beat this quiet location with free car parking nearby with great restaurants downstair/within really short walking distance away. Everything was perfect for us. Josia had been most helpful from the start, really thankful for his assistance whenever needed. Green and sustainability - If you plan to cook, please make sure you don't overstock your groceries as you will need to empty the fridge (and bins) upon departure.

Perhaps some shower gel & shampoo, clothes washing powder/detergent (couldn't find any but we did bring along some ourselves) and more toilet paper rolls :)

Rundum sorglos Ferienwohnung in bester Innenstadtlage - tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter!

Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, vor, während und nach dem Aufenthalt! Wir hatten nach der Anreise ein kleineres Problem, welches aber vom Vermieter sehr schnell und mit viel Einsatz geregelt wurde - vielen Dank. Auch dass z.B. Seife, Spülmittel sowie Waschmittel und Toilettenpapier da war, fanden wir super. Die Lage ist perfekt um fußläufig Bad Reichenhall zu erkunden, auch Ausflüge ins Umland nach Berchtesgaden oder Salzburg sind einfach!

Bei Navigation zur Adresse leitet einen das Navi teilweise durch die Altstadt in die Fußgängerzone durch ein enges Tor - wenn man das weiß, kann man einfacher aus der anderen Richtung anreisen ;-)

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Es ist eine sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, großem TV-Bildschirm, schwenkbar, in guter Lage. Parkplätze vorm Haus (gebührenpflichtig), Bäckerei und Pizzeria im Haus. Sehr ruhig.

Die Haustür schließt nicht gut. Öfter stand sie offen als wir vom Ausflug zurückkamen. Aber es scheint den Bewohnern des Hauses nicht zu stören.

Sehr sauber. schick mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alle Kleinigkeiten des täglichen Bedarfs, wie Kaffee, Waschmittel etc. Sind vorhanden.

Matratzen hätten angenehmer sein könnten.

Emplacement idéal, proche des commerces. Appartement très propre et bien équipé ( cuisine parfaite niveau équipements....vaisselle..four...lave-vaisselle.. extra) , décoration cosy et soigné ! On s'y sent bien! Réactivité des propriétaires, excellente communication.

Literie moyenne ( mou...mais c'est un avis personnel quand on a l'habitude de dormir sur un matelas ferme...;), un deuxième rideau occultant dans les chambres serait idéal ( le jour arrive tôt le matin...), un étendoir à linge plus adapté ( surtout pour 4 personnes...).

Super Lage, tolle Ausstattung für einen kurzen oder längeren Aufenthalt

Tolle Lage in der Altstadt und super ausgestattet. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin, die schnell und zuverlässig geantwortet hat - wir hatten übersehen, s da dass der Schlüsselkasten im ersten Stock direkt vor der Tür ist :-) Parken war kein Problem. Es ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wie haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Waschmaschine und Trockner ist mit Kind ein Traum!

Geschirrspüler und die Waschmaschine sind im Betrieb sehr laut. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn ist wie überall in Deutschland nicht gut. Zuhause haben wir eine Umkehr- Osmose-Filter, daher sehr sensibel.

Gemeinsam mit meiner Mutter habe ich ein langes Wochenende dort verbracht. Sofort haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Ambiente ist einladend, es fehlt an nichts und die zentrale Lage im bezaubernden Bad Reichenhall ist unschlagbar.

Unter dem Apartment liegt eine kleine Espressobar, die Raucher stehen unter einem Schlafzimmerfenster und der Rauch zieht nach oben. Dies war etwas unangenehm.
