The apartment had many amenities, clean, and very decorative. Close to the Thermal spa.

The host was very pleasant.

I would have preferred to have the keys on location. About a 6 minute drive to retrieve the keys from the apartment.

The location is wonderful - 3 minutes walk from Rupertus Therme, close parking and very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is big and comfortable, and has anything you'd need to cook and prepare food. The bad in parents room was comfortable.

To get the keys we had to go to the owner's place. Also she asked us to come to tourist information to registrate ourselves. We found it to be quiet pretentious and rude - we had our own plans for our stay and couldn't change them to ease her 'job'. There was no WiFi whatsoever during our whole stay. The owner promised to take care of it but nothing changed. Even though we booked a three-bed apartment we only got sheets for two of them. There were what seemed to be many sheets in the closet, which was locked. Also the drying rack and an extra chair were locked in a small balcony. The bathroom's countertop had sharp corners. We cut ourselves coming out of the shower multiple times. Mirror's lightning didn't work.

Cool decorated apartment and in a really nice area.

The owner Sylvia is a fantastic person. From the booking, to the check in and the way she waved to us when passing by on her bicycle is something that tells us we were very welcome. The place is really cool decorated, a bit over the top maybe but the whole works. The neighbors kept an eye on our car and told us politely, were we could get a fine if we parked there, THANK YOU. The apartment is a very good starting point for trips to: Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Herrenchiemsee etc. and with the City tax card you get some nice discounts on the entries.

Bad Reichenhall ist ein schöner Ort und guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral in einer netten Wohnstraße gelegen und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Es ist im Prinzip alles da, was man in einer Ferienwohnung so braucht.

Die Schlafzimmer lassen sich nicht richtig abdunkeln, das ist im Sommer natürlich ein Problem für den Schlaf, da es um 04.00 Uhr bereits hell ist. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung (Möbel, Schränke, Sessel, Badezimmer) könnte eine Auffrischungskur gebrauchen.

Außergewöhnliche Ausstattung in sehr schöner Lage. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an absolut wohl gefühlt und konnten den Urlaub vom ersten Moment an genießen. Vielen Dank auch für die freundliche und zügige Abwicklung.

Schöne Stadtvilla in Bad Reichenhall, tolle Lage (nahe dem Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig), klassische Inneneinrichtung, sehr gute Ausstattung, großer Parkplatz im Hofbereich, unkomplizierter und sehr netter Kontakt mit der Vermietern, alles bestens gelaufen

Wenn möglich, ein Wunsch wäre eine Dunstabzugshaube aus unserer Sicht - und die Müllentsorgung war etwas verbesserungsbedürftig, aber das sind Kleinigkeiten
