Very nice location, big rooms

We stayed in an apartment with 2 bedrooms. We really enjoyed the apartment. It had big rooms and comfortable beds. It is located only 5 minutes from the train and bus station and near the famous park in Bad Reichenhall. There is a restaurant at 5 min walking distance and the historical center, full of restaurants at a 10-15 minutes walk. The area is very quiet and green. We received tourist passes which ensure free transportation to Salzburg by train and bus (around 40 minutes by train and 60 by bus).

The only complain we have it that the wall between the bathroom and the kitchenette has a piece missing (near the ceiling). It makes the bathroom less intimate :)). We would have also appreciated a change in towels since we stayed 6 nights (but we did not ask).

Lovely stay

The apartment had everything you need and want. The balcony is a real bonus on hot days and the location was really good. And the owners are super kind. Would definitely recommend!

This was our fourth visit to Bad Reichenhall and Villa Sudrow since 2017. Really nice to be back after two years of travel restrictions. We cannot rate Villa Sudrow highly enough - hence the repeat visits each year.

Quiet and paceful street, nice houses and gardens. Just few minutes away from parks and city center pedestrian area. Very clean and pleasent apartment with excellent bed. Kind and dog.friendly host. I hope to come again.

Wonderfull

We were welcome by the owner himself, Fabian. He gave us all the information we needed for spending our holiday in the best conditions. He also gave us a guest card through that we had facilities at the tickets entrance, transport, activities, etc. The accommodation was over our expectations, very clean, very large, very quite, close to the city center and close to the train station. The city and the surroundings has many opportunities to spend a nice holiday. The parking is large and free. The wifi was very good.

Excellent and quiet location. Close to the train station and the town centre. Our room was clean, spacious, very quiet with a nice balcony. Kitchennete is well equiped. The family host is extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much for the NYE champagne and goodbye chocolates :-) We highly reccommend this place!!!

It was a beautiful accomodation and in a great location with everything from a walking distance of the town. Will definitely recommend for your next stay! The park and the Gradierhaus nearby make a great visit.

Séjour dans appartement calme et très bien tenu

Appartement au calme, bien équipé, lumineux. Parking au pied de l'escalier menant à l'appartement. Le concierge nous a tout bien expliqué à notre arrivée. Proche des commerces et d'un beau parc. On peut facilement aller en Autriche (Salzbourg), au lac de Koenigssee,...

1. Vermietung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. 2. Sehr zentral - besser geht's nicht 3. Geschäfte sind gut zu erreichen

Für eine Woche Urlaub im schönen Bad Reichenhall würde ich die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Unsere Ferienwohnung lag im Souterrain und somit war es herrlich kühl bei Außentemperaturen von über 30 Grad. Das Auto stand geschützt auf dem Innenhof. Die Nähe zur Fußgängerzone, zum Busbahnhof und zu großen Discountern war alles fussläufig zu erreichen.

Die Handtücher könnten mal erneuert werden. Haben schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel. Genau so die Sitzkissen der Essecke, teilweise fleckig.

Eine zu empfehlende Unterkunft, wenn man immer auswärts essen möchte.

Die grossen Zimmer die Lage und die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern.

Die Küche. Es war win sehr kleine Küche, ohne Geschirrspüler. Durch den nicht vorhanden Geschirrspüler waren die Teller schmierig. Das Zubereiten von Mahlzeiten war durch lediglich 2 Herdplatten und einer sehr sehr kleinen Arbeitsfläche wenig bis nicht möglich.

- L’emplacement, proche des commerces et de nombreux points d’intérêts - Le calme du quartier - L’appartement est plutôt spacieux et le balcon agréable - Lit confortable - La place de parking - Hôtel et hôtes agréables

- Prix un peu élevé - Décoration très sobre mais qui rend je trouve les lieux un peu tristes

Geräumige, saubere Wohnung mit durch ein Wohnzimmer getrennte Schlafräume. Die Lage ist ruhig und in fußläufiger Distanz zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, Parks und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück.

Ablagemöglichkeiten in der kleinen Küche sind etwas begrenzt. Spülbecken und Herdplatte befinden sich auf engem Raum nebeneinander. Tischsets wären für Selbstversorger angenehm.
