Zara three wells

Great location in the old town, near to the bars and restaurants but best of all, just a stones throw from the harbour where you can get a ferry over to the other islands for the day.

Nowoczesny wystrój, ładna łazienka, wyposażona kuchnia, dużo miejsca, balkon, czystość, przyprawy, olej, oliwa, zmywarka, naczynia, wyposażenie, wspaniała lokalizacja na starówce, dojazd samochodem pod sam obiekt.

Brak klimatyzacji w sypialni jest raczej dyskomfortem nie do zaakceptowania. Obiekt jest na czwartym piętrze z bardzo wysokimi kondygnacjami, co nam nie przeszkadzało, ale trzeba mieć świadomość, że całkowicie eliminuje możliwość wyboru obiektu przez osoby z małymi dziećmi lub osoby starsze, otyłe i niepełnosprawne.

Fantastic location inside the walls at the north edge of oldtown and only 5 minutes walk to the sea organ and Riva where we swam from the steps everyday. Loads of restaurants and shops close by. Only a 10 minute walk to departure for many of the island sailing excursions. Apartment felt very luxurious and was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Views are tremendous, from the living room window direct over the harbour and water side. Access to a large private roof top terrasse with spectacular views over the sea, entrance from stairwell across from the apartment. Great to relax and enjoy a drink after a day of exploring. Highly recommend the restaurant downstairs Primavera. Bonus washing machine at the apartment was useful since this was the end of our 9 day stay. Host was very friendly and answered quickly to questions. There is free street parking in front if you have car but it was not a guaranteed spot. we had delivered the car back to the rental upon arrival and really didn't need a car for the days we were there. Would gladly visit this apartment again.

With rooftop views, come a little work. There are over 100 stairs to climb but we knew this in advance. We joked that there were training facilities included. If you can handle 2 minutes on a stairmaster you will be fine. The stairwell is airconditioned. We just planned our day to only need to climb twice a day. Not much to complain about at this apartmen. Maybe more comfortable seating on terrase would be a suggestion.
