Excellent location for the wedding we were going to at City Winery. Clean home and Jerry was very welcoming upon arrival. There wasn’t a list of things to do upon exiting the property, just leave the keys on table, I love that!

Didn’t bother us at all; however, there are a flight of stairs up to the apartment and then another flight up to two bedrooms, which may be an issue for some.

Clean and charming apartment in a nice area.

Comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed outdoor seating when weather was good. Good area and nice staff who greeted us and showed us the apartment and was available during our stay. Spent more time in second floor kitchen due to more pleasant lighting. Convenient to blue line Chicago Ave station.

The lighting on the lower floor was very dull. Very small,old television with few stations.

Great space for a family (6 of us) and great location

Jerry is a great host. The location was just right for seeing the sites downtown (museums, etc.) - just a quick 15 min drive. Rooftop patio was great for watching the sunset over the buildings.

Apartment came with at washer/dryer (though the spin cycle failed on one load of laundry, leading us to have to hang dry the clothes). A/C had trouble keeping up due to very high Chicago temps (97 degrees) and the apartment being a 2nd and 3rd floor space. Microwave display was unreadable, so we just used the "add 30 seconds" button.
