Guest Access:
You’ll have the whole house, garage and rooftops all to yourself. $50 for early check in, only available if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out. House secured with two exterior Ring cameras.

- Great food: Topo Gigio - best pasta in the city on an old-world outdoor patio (the Conchiglie alla Sarda & Spaghetti con le Polpette are to die for), Fireplace Inn - best sandwich in the city (Ultimate Prime Rib Sandwich) & big a@$ lemonades
- Wells Street is the most fun in Chicago: stand-up comedy @ Zanies & darts or dancing @ Burton Place
- Walk another two blocks from Wells to the entrance of the world-famous Lincoln Park, featuring the Lincoln Park Zoo, huge North Ave Beach (nothing like a beach with the city skyline backdrop); sip on top-notch cocktails and take in the breathtaking views of downtown & the park at the J Parker; as Linkin Park said, “what the he!! are you waiting for….”
- 1.5 miles to The Loop (downtown core & business district): the best parks in the world (where Lollapalooza is hosted) and the bean!
- 15 minute drive to The McCormick Place Convention Center & Soldier Field (Chicago Bears Football)
Getting Around:
- Brown Line (“El”-evated CTA train) stop one block away or 12 minute walk to North & Clybourn Red Line stop
- Walker’s Paradise with a 94 Walk Score on Zillow: walk or quickly Uber almost anywhere downtown
- 13/14 miles to Midway & O’Hare International Airports; or one hour train ride to either airport from the Brown Line stop right there
- Magnificent Mile - 2.3 miles

2. How many people will be staying at the home?
3. Do you expect any visitors, if so how many?
We hosted thousands of guests across 8 states, with an average rating of 4.6 stars.
We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.
$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system
We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras.
