Very comfortable and spacious apartment with anything you need. Very cozy beds, big kitchen with the possibility to eat dinner with family. Neighbourhood very calm, you can easily relax.

In a modern apartment block, the property looked a little daunting from the exterior. Inside was lovely and felt like we were living in someone's home. Hot water, WiFi, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. etc. etc. 10-15 minutes walk from the centre of Burgas and transport hubs.

There are no aspects of this property to criticise. It was not luxurious. It was modern and homely. I would recommend it highly. Burgas is famed for mosquitos but each of the many windows were fitted with modern anti-mosquito mesh. The apartment was comfortable and airy.

Big, 4-rooms flat convinient for a family and for group of friends. It's furnished and well equipped with all type of amenities, tools, sheets, towels and even various ingredients. The location is good ( on a walking distance in minutes) - 10 to the main walking are of the city;15 to the beach; 2 to a small city market with fresh fruits, vegetables, fish, meat and etc; same to a decent supermarket. Parking lots are available in front of the building free of charge. Bus station is 2 minutes away. It was very convenient to be used for visiting northern beach and the end of the garden. The host is very polite and ready to support you whenever requested. Overall it was clean. We will book the flat again soon. Голям, 4 стаен апартамент, подходящ за семейства и за група приятели. Безплатни места за паркиране са налични пред сградата. Спирка на автобус на 2 минути. Беше удобно за да се достигне северния плаж и края на морската градина. Домакинът беше много любезен и в готовност да ни помогне, когато поискаме. Цялостно беше чисто. Скоро отново ще посетим апартамента.

Although it's clearly stated that the parking is only for the habitants of the building, its actually used by a company located on it during the day and by other neighbours in the evening. This could lead to some inconvenience when you have a small kid and a stroller for example. Minor remarks to the cleaning service when it comes to the details. The apartment is clean, well-kept, very spacious with all amenities needed, located just a 10min walk-away from the city center. The host was very helpful and responsive.
