Friendly staff very accommodating when possible. Location good to city centre. Car parking brilliant.
NO LIFT. They do not cater for disabled people. Unfortunately they were very busy when we booked. We have been here many times and have always had a positive experience, But I think I should have been told BEFORE paying that we had to go up to the 4th floor. Crazy when they know I'm disabled and struggle to go up one flight of stairs, not 4 ! I felt trapped and stayed in the room to save me having to use the stairs. PLUS when looking at booking. Com it says entire apartment, but if scroll down, it's actually one bedroom ( which is always clean and has a kettle)

Close to West Station. Good price Air-conditioning
The fridge was freezing, cause it was somewhat broken even when turned down. The place had some strange stains around the cupboard or handles. The bed matrasses were old spring ones. Not very comfy to sleep on. No hot water in the sink but at least in the shower.
