The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There was air conditioning, and the bathroom had soap and shower gel. The location was excellent, close to the beach and the main street.

Unfortunately, there were serious problems with cleanliness and the organisation of the accommodation. First of all, having to collect the keys from a completely different location is extremely inconvenient. We are living in 2026 — there are key boxes and self check-in systems everywhere. There is no reason to make guests travel to another place just to collect the keys. The shared bathroom with a toilet for several rooms is simply unacceptable. If an entire family is taking a shower, nobody else can use the toilet. If you have a shared bathroom, the toilet MUST be separate. Otherwise, this is just torture for the guests. The kitchen was disgustingly dirty. Even the plates that had supposedly been washed were still dirty. There should be staff responsible for checking and re-washing dishes left dirty by previous guests. It is not the next guest’s job to wash someone else’s dirty dishes. The rubbish bin was absolutely disgusting — the lid was covered in stains, dirt and some kind of drops. I should not have to clean a rubbish bin when I arrive at accommodation. This is what housekeeping is for. The bathroom was also very dirty. The floor was filthy, the shower drain barely worked, and water simply stayed on the floor after showering. Under the sink there was an awful amount of dirt and mould. The room itself was spacious and the location was good, but the level of cleanliness was unacceptable. The accommodation clearly needs much better housekeeping and basic attention to hygiene.
