The rooms and the location are perfect
The address is ul. Peyo K. Yavorov 16, but Google Maps lists the property as ul. Oborishte 93, which can make it difficult to find.
All the rooms have excellent mosquito screens. However, the screen on the toilet window keeps birds out but lets mosquitoes in the apartment. This definitely needs to be fixed.
There is only one toilet/shower for seven guests, even though there is a second bathroom. The second one is currently used (about 10%) for storing maintenance supplies, leaving it unavailable for guests.

Organized, near the sea garden, lovely staff
No mirror in the room, the wc was not very clear, the lighting were little light
Prefer to have private bathroom than sharing with others

Shared bathroom with two other rooms. Would have been better to have a separate shower room and toilet

The location is top,5-10 mins to the beach.
It was not clean enough,there were glass pieces on the floor. They gave us only 1 pair of keys,after I called they explained that they can give us one more for 50 LV deposit. We got only 1 towel per person .
