M.I.N.D. Villa

The hotel is very well located in Old Town, with a 7-Eleven right next door and several restaurants nearby. The room is large, clean, and has everything you need for a good stay. The only downsides for me were the hard bed, though that is just my opinion.

The balcony would be much better if there were a small table and chair to enjoy the space.

The property was nice and in a convenient location. Chiang Mai’s flower festival was happening in the park nearby and it was fun to walk to and see all the flowers and lights. We also found it easy to walk around town from here. The staff were nice and easy to communicate with. There is also a washer onsite for laundry and easy enough to let clothes dry out in your room during the day. They also have an attached bar / cafe which is nice to hang out in after a long day and a 7 eleven next door. The room was spacious and AC was great for our group of three. Would stay again!

Our sink had trouble draining at times, but other than that it was a great stay.

Good location. Located next to 7 eleven. Property is clean. Toothbrush, shower cap, towel provided.

The sharp corner at the bed frame is dangerous. Both my partner and I got injured as the sharp corner was protruding.
