The amount of space, the quiet location, full-stocked, number of toilets, comfortable beds

This place is the perfect location within Old City. Walkable with lots of shopping, temples, and food. The place is clean and beautiful, with a nice living room / balcony set up on the middle floor. The Kitchen on the lower floor had filtered water along with a kettle, drip coffee pot, and microwave. The bedrooms were large, and the one on the top floor is HUGE - with 3 beds plus a small balcony. Check In and Out was easy, as the hosts met us at the location.
There are lots of stairs and wind up to the second and third floors - must be able bodied to stay here!

Perfect position to visit Chiang Mai. Staff was kind. The house is provided with everything, beds are comfortable, stile is nice, there are three bathrooms. Good quality/price ratio.
