Excellent value for money. Nice house right on the bank of Mae Ping river. Dreamy view! 4 bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Great location. Very easy, short drive to all popular places in Chiangmai. Convenience store just a stone throw away. Good restaurants in the area.
One bed room on the lower floor smells a bit damp. Other three bedrooms on the upper floor are fine. The smallest bedroom comes with a very tiny toilette/shower room. You would have to stand next to the toilette while taking a shower. The other 3 larger bedrooms come with good size toilette and shower rooms. All in all, we were enjoying the stay very much. Lovely house, lovely view. Great location. Great value indeed.
