Charles is the owner and he was very kind to wait for us at the airport. Before arriving to the property, he gave us a small tour of the old city pointing the main points to eat and visit. There is a binder with all the information needed.

Charles was an amazing host, he knows everything there is to do in Chiang Mai! He was very helpful when it comes to figure out what to do when in town! He was also very easy to communicate with.
The tour with Tom he booked for us was great, the best tour of the 3 weeks we spent in Thailand. Totally 10/10 would recommend!
The bathroom downstairs smelled really bad, like sewer. It would make the downstairs of the house smell bad. Also airflow of the house is pretty limited so the air is stale inside.
The house wasn't super clear when we got in, nothing terribly bad, but not as clean it could have been.
The shower would not always get hot.
The house lacks of natural light, but I guess that's to be expected given the configuration of the house.
