1. 地點靠近清邁北門，步行5-10分鐘之內可以到達7-11，cafe, 餐廳，按摩，north gate jazz bar，走去週末夜市也是很方便 2. 住宿在一條小巷，非常安靜但是安全，叫grab or bolth 都很容易 3. 每天下午，民宿的烏龜就會出來溜達，很可愛 4. 住宿整體非常乾淨，床也軟硬適中，廚房配備該有的有

房東非常熱心親切提供幫助。房子功能非常齊全，孩子最愛電視有Netflix 影片可以看，有電磁爐可煮泡麵，有微波爐可加熱食品。有洗衣機以及晾衣服的空間。房間有許多燈具使用USB轉接頭的插座，也方便我們幫行動電源充電。停車也方便。還有，樓下的咖啡很讚！說不完的好處！
沒什麼不滿意的，唯一是入住時附近剛好有工程施工。
