Entire house in Chiang Mai downtown - Northern Nest

value for money. huge size of the apartment. almost complete set of appliances for your use. even though it's a few minutes walk to nearest shops and eating places, the distance is still acceptable. the place felt safe and secure.

areas that i will improve: some areas of the house need deep cleaning. we saw a few cockroaches upon entering the toilet and kitchen. deep scrubbing is needed. the water dispenser had issues - you have to turn it off and unplug to reset several times so it can pump water. the sofa at ground floor can be converted into bed. but it had stains and dust/dirt when converted. some "hidden" areas need to be cleaned.

Big house so plenty of space. Water cooler supplied which was perfect. Not far from the old town. Also a washing machine.

Not much day light. Kitchen area wasn't very clean rusty sink stand, when you turn the water stopcock on you had to switch off after using as kept making a noise. Not many cooking utensils and cutlery no knives apart from one's used for cooking. Not many dishes or bowls, if four people were staying you would not have enough dishes etc. Sofa was comfy but quite a few stains. The bedroom was big but very cramped with two mattresses on the floor next to each other. Toilet had dirty brown stains at the back of the seat and the shower head would not stay in the holder on the wall. Also burn mark on iron and no ironing board. There is aa balcony for drying clothes but the step down is very steep could do with s step. Also the drying rail was broken. Just needs some TLC as it's a good size house and good location.
