Arbor's house and hostel

I like it in a quieter neighbourhood, while still within walking distance to the most happening Nimman area. The house has a big lazy dog, which makes it feel so homey. There’s also a common space where you can use your laptop, and it also serves as a pantry. I like that the room has a full glass window, where you can enjoy direct sunshine coming through.

It perhaps feels too much like an old parents’ home, don't get me wrong, it is clean & cozy. I just meant that it seems just adapted from its original layout, so I think some minor parts are not so up to a modern way of living. For example, there aren’t many charging ports in the room, and the plug point is far from the bed… (you know how important this is for a digital-born kid who wants to hug their phone to bed). The lighting in the room also lacks efficient white light, and the toilet also seems quite old-fashioned.

The host was very friendly and accommodating to the guest. The location was excellent in the heart of town and close to everything. There are many restaurants and cozy bars in the area, also one of the big malls (MAYA) is nearby as well. I have enjoyed my stay and will come again. Bonus point for the rabbits and big dog!

Not much but definitely would recommend to change the room lights from fluorescent white to warm yellow would definitely improve the room mood! Communal bathroom could use some work!

The rooms are large and comfortable, I've been in several of them and I appreciated the unique decoration of each one. The hosts are very friendly and helpful The guesthouse is located in a rather quiet area

It's not convenient to go to the old city by foot, you need to have your own vehicle or to take a taxi

It was rather clean.

Not like fotos, 1 of 5 bulbs where working in the room, no proper lightning, no room replacement. staff is friendly if there are no problems, just check owner’s answers here and at google to understand how extremely(!) rude they are. There are dogs so if you allergic it’s also not good place.
