My third time staying at the place. The owner's standard of service remains high. Able to fulfil all our requests. The furniture is clean and new. Overall the room look lively and bright. Place is nearby to everything like 711, restaurants, street food stalls, shopping centres and others.
The only thing that is inconvenient for those driving. There is no parking lot. You need to park your car quite a distance away.

Room is clean and the furniture is very new. Feel like home staying inside. Location is excellent as there are two 711 stores located inside the property. Other eating places are just a few minutes of walking.
As I have rented a car but it was a waste that I was unable to park my car there. I have to pay for my parking daily and overnight park inside a open carpark opposite the street.

Room is very clean and neat. Was informed by owner that the room was just bought over and we are the first customer. Almost everything is new especially the smart TV, when we arrived can see that the owner was taking it out from the TV box.
As the place is considered private property so I have to pay to park my rented car in a carpark opposite the street.
