We had a business at Maya shopping mall so this place served our purpose perfectly with the location so close in 2-3 mins walking distance. If you wanna go to Nimman area it's also not too far. Nice staff. Our first assigned room had air-conditioner problem but fortunately the staff immediately put an afford to check and later let us change the room with quick attention and politeness. Overall happy with the experience. Will consider a revisit if come to Chiangmai again.
The room is clean enough but not neatly clean. Not a big problem for our group though.

Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to Maya shopping centre and 10 minutes to One Nimman. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and attentive.
Unfortunately it’s going through major renovations, something that wasn’t disclosed to us until AFTER we’d paid. Not great if you needed to stay in, as drilling, banging etc is between 8am - 4:3pm Mon-Fri. As we were there for 6 weeks, wasn’t ideal.
We were also charged for electricity separately, paying much more than the standard government rate(3-4 baht per Kw - ours was 7 baht per Kw) so felt taken advantage of.

The location, not super near the center but right next to a very big mall.
The price and the apartment itself were good
The employees are very friendly and helpful
There was a (not mentioned before) fee for electricity and water.
It wasn't much, but still it's kind of unfair not to mention this in the listing and before the booking was done.
Same goes for the swimming pool. There's none...
The air conditioning was not really working well
