About this house rental
A wonderful house with swimming pool located in Laroque des Albères, a small village located in the foothills of the Pyrenees and just 15 minutes by car to the Mediterranean with its fine beaches. The house is located in a quiet and nice residential area with only 600 meters to the center. This area offers something for everyone: quiet relaxation by the pool as well as walking distance to hiking trails leading up to the Pyrenees. Many beautiful little charming villages, such as Céret and Collioure, are nearby and the nearest major town is Perpignan (25 minutes by car). Every Wednesday there is a big market in the village.
Short walking distance to bakery, butcher, grocery store and restaurants. It is about 3km to the large supermarket.
The house is very suitable for two families, is child friendly, has air conditioning and private parking. Norwegian owner.

Maison assez grande pour 2 familles. Piscine agréable manquant juste pour certains de quelques degrés. Grand barbecue appréciable, idem pour climatisation à l’étage. Par contre chambre au Rez de Chaussée non climatisée. Un peu de bruit le soir car camping non loin mais tolérable. Petits bémols pour: le ménage un peu léger et manque grandement d’un micro-ondes et d’un grille-pain. Séjour agréable

Well situated. Not clean and some health and safety issues. Pool lovely. No facility for sitting around the pool. Outdoor eating area very pleasant. Kitchen badly in need of re-decoration. Lighting throughout the house was appalling. Could be so much more pleasant with a little effort!
