Carla ,who greeted me, was very pleasant. She gave me a lot of useful information about the property and Santa Luzia. The views of birds from the balconies and roof terrace were amazing, especially the flamingos.

Gute Lage in einem Dorf /Städtchen mit noch authentischem Charakter/Fischerei ,ruhig (Nebensaison). Nette, großzügige Wohnung ( OG I ) mit schönen Ausblicken und Balkonen. Reichlich Restaurants und Cafes in fußläufiger Entfernung.
Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Toaster kaum zu gebrauchen.Türen /Fenstertüren in der Wohnung z. T. nicht mehr schließend. Matratzen z. T. sehr hart/gewöhnungsbedürftig

Location was nice
Location directly in front of some kind of electrical station and a huge commune of cats in the garden area . This place also required a further €200 bond for incidentals /breakages
